What must Happen next for you to Move closer to your Personal vision of Excellence?

Visions are always dynamic, not static. Visions of great works, wonderful actions... A vision that can see the proverbial light at the end of the dark tunnel. And in my heart and mind I carry my own hope... Ladies and Gentlemen, I would like to greet you a pleasant afternoon. The question that I've picked is "What must happen next for you to move closer to your personal vision of excellence?". First and foremost, what is excellence? Excellence in its bookish terms means a quality of value. But as for me, excellence is being outstanding... EXCELLENCE IS NOT ABOUT BLENDING IN, IT IS ABOUT STANDING OUT. Now I'm left with the questions..."what's my vision of excellence?" and "how I may be able to move closer to it"... Yes, I do have the vision. Its clamor beats wildly in my heart... deafening even. My vision of excellence is for me to be able to recognize my own faults, improve myself, and to grasp the world's variety and uniqueness. I acknowledge that my shortcomings are the gaps between my hope to my visions. And I must able to bridge them. How? First, it's the fault recognition. I recognize that I, myself is a problem. Second, is to clearly orient myself with my own visions and objectives. Third, is the action... Series of actions that I may be able achieve my objectives. And link my actions to others... because I believe greater excellence is a product of group work. To be able to grasp the world's variety and uniqueness, which is part of my visions, I must recognize the importance of others. Because all of us is created to affect others in a web of life in which we are the strands. And to become a stronger web, I have to work out my own strand and others as well. Yesterday, a friend in FB posted a question "what world do you want to live? a world with only me? a world with only you? or the world with only us?" Now I'll ask you the same question.. What world do you want?
